These terms govern your use of MD ConnectPro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

MD ConnectPro is a platform for network, hotspot, billing and automation management. Features may evolve, and some capabilities may be labeled beta or in development.

Accounts & responsibilities

You are responsible for your account credentials, for the actions of users you invite, and for using the platform lawfully — including how you operate networks and handle your own customers’ data.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or compromise the security or integrity of any network or system you are not authorized to manage.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Where you self-host, availability depends on your own infrastructure.

Payments

Billing features let you manage invoices, plans, commissions and payouts. Live card and online payment processing is on the roadmap; the interface never represents a payment as completed unless it was.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD ConnectPro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
