Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This is a starting template, not legal advice. Review and adapt it with qualified legal counsel before publishing or relying on it.

This policy explains what information MD ConnectPro (“we”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. MD ConnectPro can be run self-hosted, in which case the operator of the deployment is the data controller for the data it processes.

Information we collect

  • Account information — the company name, your name, email and password you provide when you create an account.
  • Operational data — the routers, sites, subscribers, vouchers, sessions and billing records you manage within the product.
  • Usage & logs — audit records of actions taken in the platform, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate the features you enable, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not serve third-party advertising.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies as part of the core product.

Storage & security

Passwords are hashed and integration secrets are encrypted at rest. Access is controlled by role and isolated by tenant. Where you self-host, your data resides on your own infrastructure (SQLite or PostgreSQL).

Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (for example, email delivery you configure), and where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.

Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
